These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Social Ark Pty Ltd ("BookitSocial", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the BookitSocial mobile app, the host panel, and the website.
You must be at least 18 years old to create a BookitSocial account. The Services are intended for users in Australia. All transactions are processed in Australian dollars (AUD).
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your credentials. Notify us immediately at info@bookitsocial.au if you suspect any unauthorised use.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. For paid events, you have 15 minutes to complete payment before your booking expires. Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.
You agree not to use the Services for any illegal purpose, to harass others, or to interfere with the platform's operation. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. However, we are a platform connecting users and hosts; we do not guarantee the conduct of other users or the accuracy of all event listings.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
